Julian Kim Vereen has spent more than two decades learning from homes, construction sites, businesses, technology, and, most importantly, people.
He is not the person who has always needed to stand in front of the room. More often, Julian has been the person behind the scenes: observing, analyzing, learning, connecting ideas, solving problems, and helping others turn challenges into results.
His professional journey began in the homebuilding industry and grew through inspection, quality assurance, leadership, entrepreneurship, and technology. Along the way, he completed more than 10,000 home inspections, worked through thousands of complex issues, developed teams and processes, built businesses, and learned what happens when knowledge meets real-world experience.
But the work was never just about houses.
Homes taught Julian about people. Construction taught him about systems. Leadership taught him about responsibility. Business taught him about opportunity. Technology showed him that the way people connect with information, businesses, and one another could be fundamentally different.
That realization became part of the journey that led to First Consult Home Inspection and eventually ChatHomePro, an AI-powered concept designed to make home knowledge easier to access while creating better connections between homeowners, professionals, and technology.
Julian believes:

He is fascinated by what happens when experience and technology meet. He sees artificial intelligence as more than a tool. He sees its potential to handle repetitive work such as marketing, lead generation, referrals, scheduling, organization, and communication—allowing professionals to spend more time doing what professionals do best.
His goal is not to predict the future.
It is to recognize what is already becoming possible and begin building toward it.
At 47, Julian is entering another chapter. He is not simply looking for another title or another twenty-year career path. He is looking for freedom—the freedom to travel, learn, build, help people, explore ideas, and follow the opportunities that life presents.
He is proud of what he has accomplished, while knowing there is still more to become.
