I started as a Customer Care Specialist. My job? Make things right for homeowners. It was more than answering calls or scheduling repairs — it was learning how to solve problems under pressure, how to communicate with empathy, and how to keep quality high even when timelines were tight.
From there, I moved into backend construction support. That’s where I learned the nuts and bolts — the process behind the walls, the systems that keep homes functioning, and the details most people never see but always feel when they walk into a well-built home.

Years later, I stepped into the role of Quality Area Assurance Manager for the Las Vegas division.
Las Vegas isn’t just a fast-growing housing market — it’s a place where quality has to match pace. My role meant ensuring that every home met the high standards of one of America’s top builders. It also meant mentoring teams, building processes, and making sure “good enough” never became the standard.
Entrepreneurship in Parallel
While building my career at Lennar, I launched my own licensed home inspection business. I saw it as more than a side hustle — it was my way of owning a piece of the industry I love. I walked hundreds of properties, helped countless buyers feel confident in their investments, and built a reputation for thoroughness and integrity.
